Rehoboth Community Outreach Ministry (RCOM) was founded in 2012 by Mr/Mrs Bishop Francis Gitonga after they graduated from Baptist Theological College. In 2013 the ministry was registered with Government of Kenya. In 2015 Bishop Francis was consecrated and installed as the founder and bishop of RCOM. In 2016 RCOM bought 3 acres of land, drilled its first borehole to provide clean and safe water for the community. Currently, RCOM has 4 boreholes and 2 more upcoming Churches.
Rehoboth Community has its headquarter at Mugunda in Laikipia. Mr/Mrs Gitonga heads the ministry at Matunda.
